Communicating ideas with creative and innovative touches is an art form that flourishes at Atlantic Creative Communications www.ACCav.com and its subsidiary, Atlantic OnHold AtlanticOnHold.com was this year’s recipient of the Communicator Award of Distinction for Leesville Animal Hospital’s memorable on-hold message.

The creative and entertaining script is far from the traditional on-hold message, so much so that requests to be put back on hold have become common.

The script revolves around the reporting of a curious canine’s room-by-room tour of the hospital's facilities and services while incorporating attention holding dialogue and sound effects. The canine’s reporting jaunt includes details on location, procedures, amenities and descriptions of housing choices – all reported in a fun and interactive twist. No mundane messages from Atlantic OnHold.

In a collaborative effort between copywriter Betsy Kennihan, Atlantic OnHold producer Gino Marchitello, radio personality and ingenious voice artist Arroe Collins as the Roving Reporter, and versatile voice artists Jay Shapiro and Donna Mason a totally new on-hold concept has launched.
